The Möbius Seminars are a cycle of seminars given by philosophers of science to physicists. The topics include contemporary philosophical consideration on current research of fundamental physics, with a strong focus on particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology. The aim is to connect both fields and induce mutual benefits to their respective research.
The Möbius Seminars started at the Astroparticles and Cosmology Laboratory, an institute of the University of Paris and CNRS in France, in 2020. They have now evolved to a new format that can be attended by any scientists, philosopher, student or interested persona.
The seminars are given online, they can be solely attended at your regular desk, being streamed in a dedicated conference room with your colleagues, or enjoyed in any setting that suits you. To attend, please subscribe to this website by providing your email address on the right hand side to be notified of the next events and to obtain the connection information. The seminars occur once a month, on Thursday at 15:00 Paris time.
